Customer Service, going above and beyond customer expectations

I just want to extend my gratitude to the team of CDS Supplies Westrand for their support and willingness to help. From the first time entering the store I was received by friendly caring people like Phila and Hloni; who went and looked for a cornice I was looking for to finish off the ceiling reinstallation at our Churches Mission House. Hloni went and searched for this discontinued cornice until he found it. This is one of many events and it showed that they not only provide customers with goods but customer satisfaction is their key principle. We came one of the days to buy other goods and paint we saw damaged ceiling boards. We asked if we can have these. To fix the Church Ceiling since it collapsed and had a huge hole, to cut a long story short CDS Supplies WestRand surprised us by providing us with the entire material to replace the whole ceiling; I was lost for words. I just want to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to CDS Supplies
