promises not kept

I was called in mid July to make arranged payments for R375.09 in 2 installments towards an Edgars account and I will qualify for a R250 discount. I needed to pay this before or on the 1st of the following 2 months.<br> Just received the statement where the discount was NOT app****. The collections company say that I dont qualify for the discount as the payment didnt reflect on their side in time.
