**** warning, please avoid

This man came into my home and started working without my agreement, without explaining the problem, and without discussing costs. He refused to tell me what was wrong or what he was supposedly fixing, and then demanded an outrageous amount of money for a basic extractor fan. I felt completely ****med.

I contacted this man just to come to my house and have a look at my extractor fan and aircon, I wamted to know if it is an electrical issue or just meed replacement. The next step them would be to discuss the issue and costs. Clearly he had other plans to just start working and then force me to pay him.

To make it worse, he then sent me another random quote for more work, again without explaining what the issue is. This is dishonest and unprofessional.

Do not trust him. He takes advantage of people and gives no transparency.
