Unprofessional conduct!

The company is useless. A new connection for the generator was installed by them. Faulty parts were bought and used by them. We used the connection once and it failed. They are reluctant to fix the mess. They are unprofessional and underhanded. The house might burn down. The guy is ignoring our calls. The can't even be rated 1. Very unfortunate.
