Pity I had to rate 1 star - I would have preferred 0. Very helpful, I agree with a previous user in this regard, but only UNTIL they have your money, and then heaven help you. Then it took numerous e-mails to get a response, which was worthless anyway. DO NOT USE THEIR SITE unless you have to. You can purchase the same membership deals for Xbox from numerous other sites without any issues. I am now the proud owner of a years Xbox live membership instead of a membership that was supposed to be a birthday gift for a 14 year old boy NOT ME and oops, sorry can't help you, no advice at all - try asking Microsoft ?! Fantastic advise - I bought this from you not Microsoft. I will never use them again and I would like to warn anyone else to be careful and think twice, 3 times or more actually, before you consider using them.
