Moving Nightmare

Worst move experience ever!! Once they receive the deposit, all communication is out the window. They conveniently left out the lead time from my quotes and contract and blamed it on IT. So I was informed of a 4-7day lead time the night before. My move was scheduled for the 30th December at 8am and they arrived on the 31st of December 3am! They arrived with 2 trucks, one 2/3rds full and another empty and they split my belongings. The first load (the smaller one) arrived 2 days later and they wouldn’t offload until I paid an extra R7000 for “excess load”; the second truck was yet to arrive. The second truck arrived 3weeks later. With just the driver and 1 other assistant. My belongings were broken and some missing. Blankets and polystyrene I used to protect my appliances were no longer on my belongings and they were all scratched. Mind you I asked for wrapping which they did not do. The positive? They sent my a stamped invoice lol. Overall, a nightmare of a move!!! I would NOT recommend!!
