Debt Review heart ache

Signed up for debt review through this company in 2007, an ever since they have deducting from salary and can't even produce a statement to me on request. They ignore the mails and don't even answer there telephones. How can I still be paying? Nobody at the company can give me a straight answer, in stead I am been given the run around by Chantele ( receptionist, I think ). I'm a single parent/grandma and CDAS you are taking advantage of me. Why don't you answer your phones? Why don't you get back to me? I will not go away! I want a manager to contact me asap!
