CD Earth Customer Service - empty promises, just excuses

I took up a free offer of a selection of PC software where I only had to pay for delivery which I did via debit card online Thu, Jun 2, 2016 at 8:43 AM. Then I received a shipment order confirmation Mon, Jun 6, 2016 at 11:01 PM and the email said I could expect my order to arrive in 8-10 business days.

On Mon, Aug 1, 2016 at 11:03 AM I emailed them to say I had still not received my order and they emailed back to apologised for the delay saying they have been overwhelmed the past few days with positive response to their popular FREE Software CD Offer and they are just trying to get to everyone's requests as quickly as possible: "Thea, We apologize for any inconvenience. We have reshipped your order. There will be NO charge for the shipping & handling. We hope this helps! You can expect your package to arrive in 5-6 business days for

U.S. orders and 8-10 business days for orders outside the U.S. Thank you once again for choosing CD Earth. Enjoy your software! Have any questions? Please e-mail our friendly Customer Service at ********** />Have a great day."

On Tue, Sep 6, 2016 at 10:06 AM I emailed again and said "This is now beyond unacceptable, I still have not received delivery for this." again I get the same response : " Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We apologize for any delay. We have been overwhelmed the past few days with positive response to our popular FREE Software CD Offer. We're just trying to get to everyone's requests as quickly as possible. We will review your email and reply within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience. Have a great day. "

So it seems it's an automated apology. Today Mon, Oct 3, 2016 at 1:56 PM I emailed to say: " So again you've disappointed by non-delivery of my order. Do I have to report you before I get my goods?" and again I get the automated apology.
