Bought a Polo Vivo maxx from Doug and Cayden. Our discussion before purchasing the vehicle was that brakes and tyres be sorted on the vehicle as well as the correct battery fitted in the vehicle, im still driving around with the incorrect battery and have had to deal with constant arguments on arranging for my key to be fixed, all they do is lie and block you on all platforms that you try to communicate on. After purchasing the vehicle they’ve replaced the front brake pads and the front disks have a ridge and cant even be skimmed, the drums at the back are rusted and the handbrake doesnt hold, ive sent a quote as per our agreement and ive organised that i would sort out labour with my own mechanic, they claim that the service was done on the vehicle but the service warning has not been reset, my quotation on the parts needed to maintain the vehicle correctly has been denied and i was told that they only made 7k profit from the vehicle and they will not repair any of these things, i now have to save up and pay for the repairs and labour on my own after i explained to them brakes were a priority on the vehicle as i travel 100km everyday to and from work and would not have time or money to do those things on my own, terrible communication and i had to wait over 3 weeks patiently just to get the registration for my vehicle.
