not hounering

I lodged a claim with them for engine repaires due to non availability of parts the mechanic took time to repaire / got the same model engine replacement now it has expired while claim was made and they say the policy is expired and they won't pay and also the claim was rejected due to the car dealer did not pay the policy and I did speak to the dealer about this and was resolved and my mechanic with MRI certificate was given a go ahead by them. Their contract says you have 3 months to claim after expiry which mine is different was done before expiry date. And the dealer did speak with them about the policy transactions.
