Pro Cctv specialist No No

After having to call out this Pro Cctv business, promising professional and good service, approximately 3-4 times over the last 18-24 months.....all for the same problem specifically.... paying repeatedly for each call-out and extra costs requested... I'm eventually left with part of the system un-assembled as per photo... Remember the "Bill" has been paid in full,,as requested (AGAIN)... A sad state of affairs i'm sorry to say, when people advertise their profession, nay-say their competitors in the same industry,... then leave a client / their "workmanship" in this manner, without sorting out after being asked to, politely and in a civil manner (JUST in case it was an ERROR on their part, while reassembling work carried out at the last call-out)....
