CCTV Genie (Pty) Ltd - Randall - ************* and Unprofessional (BEWARE!!!)

We've had quite an unpleasant experience with this company and it's owner Randall. We paid him upfront to complete the installation of the CCTV job he started for my company's Cape Town branch.

The man is full of stories and doesn't respond to messages. The one time he rep****, he sent photos of his bakkie being in the garage and being repaired. Other times, it's an excuse involving family guests etc. Since then he has been quiet - doesnt respond to WhatsApp messages not does he pick up calls. Over a month now. I wouldn't recommend his service to anyone - unreliable, unprofessional and cant be trusted with money.
