Watch out for CCTV Direct

I have a problem with CCTV Direct I ordered a lot of equipment from them and when it was delivered the boxes was damaged. I immediately inform the owner. After opening the boxes there was spares missing. After numerous attempts to get hold of them and after more than 3 months I still do not have my missing spares????? If you can not meet the seller do not buy from them.
