Waste of time

Unprofessional. I first tried to call “Mark” but got no answer. Message says “do not leave a message”. So I emailed as instructed. I took the time to put a detailed message together, explaining my setup and future requirements. I got a one line response, like his mail server charges him by the character. Basically saying. “Sorry, can’t help”. I can only assume business is too good and if this is how the first interaction goes with new clients I am running away now, before I spend a cent!
