POOR SERVICE

<p>DON’T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!<br /> <br />They are selling boxes and no service support.<br /> <br />E mails are always signed with a preformed signature of MARK & KISHKA but you never actually know who you are communicating with – it might as well be the gardener.<br /> <br />They have no demo systems so I am sure they don’t even know how to operate the equipment themselves.<br /> <br />There is no documentation to assist you - not even a ‘user manual’ to help you set-up & use the product.<br /> <br />A 2 page‘Quick-start’ guide is provided,some of which is unreadable,which is totally useless and doesn’t even associate with the product supp****. <br /> <br />On their FACEBBOOK page and in their advertising they insist that everything is DIY – that definitely is totally false.<br /> <br />Setting it up is a nightmare unless you know someone who knows how to do it.<br /> <br />The products are from China primarily from a company called LOVEDAY.<br /> <br />If you try and contact this company (which is available on the internet) you also get no response.<br /> <br />The CCTV cameras are said to be waterproof but the plugs/connectors that are supp**** in order to connect the cameras to the DVR definitely are not waterproof.<br />They would fail in a very short period of time unless they were covered in some sturdy protective tape.</p>
