Poor after sales service and wrong items send

After ordering a 32channel dvr and cameras i was billed for a higher speced cameras as asked for but received a lower speced cameras. We incured problems wih the dvr regarding logon passwords and to do remote viewing setups. The one camera doesnt work. My biggest complaint is that you never seem to get hold of Mark to settle outstanding issues. My chalange to Mark is to please take resposibility for the products he is selling and to do propper after sales service, as i do find it downright questionable the he cant answer his phone neither read and respond to his e-mails. With this in mind when i am visiting Johannesburg in the near future i will be come knocking on your door to meet you in person. So please have my money available as i will return your ***** equipment to keep for yourself. i will do my atmost best to to warn the general public against operators like you that gives online businesses a poor reputation.
