Poor after sales service

Quick enough to knock out the cheap kit, which, once I had worked out how to put it together eventually worked ( instructions are poorly translated from Chinese and half-baked, missing vital info), but it feels like no effort is put into helping you with after sales questions on setup. It could be so easy, but isn’t! Not all of us are cctv experts, some of us may only ever install one home system. Sorry for you.
