Incomplete package delivered

Ordered a wireless surveillance camera from CCTV.<br> Ordered 15.0.2016. Item was said to be in stock and would take about 5 working days to delivered .It never arrived .Called and found out it was in fact not in stock, and they where waiting for order from overseas. Waited. Eventually received package 04.02.2016 .Opened and found package to contain a different camera than I ordered, and found it was short the instruction manual and power supply. Phoned and complained .Said camera is new type supp**** now, and he would send the power supply and the manual.Power supply delivered 10.02.2016. Still no manual .Cannot set up camera . Still awaiting manual 18.02.2016.CCTV still says they are awaiting stock to come in.<br> They do not get back to me; I have to continuously follow up with Mark from CCTV.<br> I feel I have been more than patient, but this is just poor service !!
