False specs

<p>I bought a complete 8 channel system. Everything arrived as promised. The DVR recorder is a no-name Chinese special with no online support. The remote control packed up after 1 week. Emailed them requesting info on how to set up the promised web streaming functionality. Got no reply. Product support non existent. Only 1 channel encodes on D1. The price is good but the specs they advertise is not what you get.</p>
