Excellent service from Mark

<p>The HV stun gun that I bought from CCTV about 7 months ago became faulty.</p> <p>I wrote to CCTV on Sunday 28/5, asking where to send it for repairs, and Mark rep**** on Monday, saying that he will send me a new one.</p> <p> The replacement arrived today Wednesday. No fuss, no arguement.</p> <p>What a refreshing surprise to receive such goos service these days.</p>
