DISCUSTING SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold CCTV Direct for 2 weeks, by email and trying to phone Mark on ***. All you get is a message stating that I am not available please send a email. the voice mail box is now full, send an email, no one reply's. This is the worst service I have had from any company. Don't they want business. I am to scared to make payment on an order as one cannot get confirmation if they have stock or not, and also if I make the payment, will I ever see my order, and just loose my money.
