CCTV poor service

I purchased a LED light from CCTV direct less that 8 months ago. The light has now stopped working and I have sent emails and phoned \Mark"numerous times with no response - the usual excuse is high volume of calls or leave a message. The return call or email reply has not happend. So while shipment of orders is fast and effecient when something stops working so don't hold your breath for a response to solve the issue. """
