CCTV direct

On 12-05-2015 I bought a 16 channel CCTV system from the above named comp after I personly spoke to Mark and he respond in Afrikaans to all my questions.The system was installed 23-06-2015 and from day 1 the playback from time to time hang.We phoned Mark on *** but nobody answered the phone.On 6-11-2015 the system freezes on playback totally ,rendering the system useless.We then phone Mark again and a voice informed us to send a e-mail.We then send an E-mail to [Email Removed] with no response.On 30-11-2015 we again send an e-mail and then on the same day we received a mail asking us to forward our mail in english witch we did on 1-12-2015. We even send Mark many facebook messages trying to get a response but nothing happend since.<br>
