Cannot contact Mark by phone or e-mail

This is my second purchase from CCTV direct. The first one was almost flawless and with good response to minor complaints. The second was good up to the supply point but now I can't get hold of Mark and no physical address is available. The CCTV set I bought is not the same standard as the first one and want to return the system within fourteen days but this seems to be impossible
