Bad service

Extremely bad service. Bought a 45k system from them. Delivery came quickly, we battled to get a invoice and we called continuously for 3 day or more. No answer and no one replies to the WhatsApp or email. Contact person is Mark. Can never get hold of him. Bought a 32ch nvr system combo with Acusense camera's. Very thing in the box was for a 32 chanel except for the POE switch was a 16ch. We are forced to by anther 16ch from some one else. Bad service.
