Bad Service and Lie to customers

I have placed order #28794 on Friday 26th March, to date no delivery. If you are going to run a business and rely on CCTV direct for material, you better think again. You will lose all your customers. Mark is unreliable and he never take us seriously. When I send an email on 30th March he responded that my parcel was gonna be delivered on Thursday 1st latest. Bad Service, really bad. He can't even share waybill numbers so we can call the courier and check the status of the parcel. I regret buying from him. There are very reliable suppliers like Communica, they keep you updated always but this CCTV thingie is just waste of energy and money.
