Bad Customer service!!!

I bought a 16 Port camera system and a 8 port camera system online .<br> On the checkout I received a email confirming my order . I choose to pay by EFT R8147 .And send proof of payment to [Email Removed] and requested read request -none received<br> I tried to contact Mark on *** to confirm receipt of payment .But there is no response .I even send an sms still no response that number is going to an dummy phone and is never answered .I made 50 calls at random times to that number .Emails are never responded to .I went to the Facebook page to complain as well <br> I wanted to cancel the order but 2 days later the stock arrived with 2 cameras and connectors missing .I did not even get an proper invoice <br> Nobody is so busy that they cant respond to an message/email left for days on end The positive reviews for the Facebook site is back in 2014 but it has gone for the worst .I wont recommend them at all because there will be no customer service <br>
