CCTV BOYS/TACTICAL CCTV **** LUKE FRASER

At the end of April 2019 I requested that Luke Fraser of Tactical CCTV/CCTV Boys come and install cameras at my house, which he did, unfortunately a few days later after paying him in full R4999, two of the cameras stopped working. I called Luke on numerous occasions of which he promised to come out and sort this issue out but did not pitch and had different excuses as to why he couldn't make the appointments promised, one of his excuses was he was involved in an accident while on his way to my place, the only way I get to speak to him is if I call from a number unknown to him and that's when he comes up with 100 different excuses as to why he did not make the appointment and makes his promises once again, He has been avoiding my calls for the past 2 weeks, possibly due to him knowing that he used second hand goods, He also offers a 3 year workman ship guarantee but what's the use if you cannot get hold of him when you experiencing technical difficulties
