I require urgent assistance with the above named company as I believe that they are ripping people out of money. On the 9/05/2018 I received a quote from this company for a purchase of a shipping container. The quote was for R17200 and requested a 40 percent deposit. Which I put down. I later recived a call from a lady named Veronica stating that the special was over and that I needed to put down a deposit of 13200 in total for the delivery to be made from Port Elizabeth to Durban. I comp**** with them and put down this deposit. according to the quote they promised a 24 hour delivery and I waited but this delivery was never made I tried numerous times to call them and they did not answer the call. On the Saturday evening I got a call saying that their truck was broken down and that they need R500 for Diesel money. So was canceled this order as I believe that things was now getting out of hand. This morning I tried contacted them asking for my refund and they have all neglected to answer their phones. But they have sent through an email saying that they will refund the money if I paid another R2660 for a cancellation fee. I have all correspondence from them and all proof of payments. All I want is my money back as we are a spiritual organization
