Urgent Assistance Needed

I`m extremely upset in the level of service or the lack there of from the CCMA Cape Town branch. I have tried all points of communication and no one is willing to assist, this is a utter disgrace! I have been unfairly dismissed and have been submitting my paper work to have a consolidation sit down since May, no date has been giving since, regardless of all the attempts made to reach out to the CCMA via email, calls and even traveled all the way from Paarl to Cape Town branch to see assistance. No date has been assigned for my case as yet, how difficult cant it be. its been almost three months, three months of being unemployed and yet no one seeing the matter of urgency. No one is willing to take ownership, everyone this passing me around with no willingness to take ownership. I cant express my disappointment and frustration regarding this matter.
