unprofessional and rude!

<p>I Would like to s**** off by saying that i am highly irritated and anoyed at the lady working with your domestic cases (helper/****s) Martha email signiture Margaret Makhokha-Ubisi. i received a call from her on monday 09.05.2016 regarding my domestic worker that worked for me. never the less i understand that i need to pay her whatever!!! but my issue was with the way Martha handled the call, not only was she rude and dropped the phone in my hear but she never even gave me a chance to speak for myself, she would ask me a question and every time i want to answer she would speak over me and then reitterate the fact that she is not taking sides, and she is not there to hear cases then why is she there? just to hear the case of the complainent but that was not the impression i got as she would actually scream at me and to crown it all say that i am not above the law, of cause i'm not above the law but does that mean that she is cause she works for the government? the manner in which she dealt with the case was extremely unprofessional and rude.i feel in a way that i was being bul****, the more i asked her what it is that i need to do the more she would get agressive. if this is the kind of service you provide to the party that is wrong or accept fault in a matter then i pray that i should never be in a position where i would need the help of the CCMA. there shouldnt be cases of taking sides or making the next person feel like a ********.</p>
