Unhelpfull client service

I laid a conplain about my previous employer that did'nt want to pay my salary. It's almost been 2 months no. If I don't contact ccma I would hear nothing from them, and if I contact them they say the case is still in progress. I thought ccma is there to help people like me getting my money I worked for. But when will they be able to help me. When I already forgot and accept that I won't get the money. That's very weak from ccma, if heard of other people that get theyre monetly in 2months. I've handed in all the neccesary documents and all they can say is "I must wait, they are busy with the case". It's unnaceptable!
