unfprofessionalism

I phoned CCMA customer service today 05 August 2015 @ 16:20 to find out about the matter for our client.. I spoke to a rude unprofessional lady called Oti.. jeezzz i dont know if this lady ever had training she was so so sticking RUDE.. and she is taking the image of the company down.. other consultant i talk to all the time they are friendly but this girl OTI.. Was it because it was almost knock off time.. ijooo
