Unfair Verdict

I was unfairly Dismissed by company called NJR STEEL and the case ended up going to ccma. I have a problem with the Commissioner Lucky Derrick Mahlangu at CCMA Benoni who was baised during the Arbitration process Case number GAEK1761-22 who was taking side of the company and did not want to hear the side of my story and I even mentioned to him that the manager used to used K word and he never took that into consideration. On his verdict he mentioned things that are wrong and he added lies that there was witnesses during that proceedings of which I didn't see. That Commissioner he was heartless, some evidence he never wanted me to use against the company. That is why he added things that were not true version on his verdict

I hope justice will be done.
