Unfair process by CCMA and my employer

My name is Nkosana Alfred Nkutha case number GAJB4475-19 went on arbitration on the 24 May 2019 unfortunatly my employers Hr ddnt appear and only one responded appeared. I have been waiting for 90 days for arbitratio. But still my employer NHLS doesnt present in order to settle the matter. I am still quering about when the process will take place again .but no answer.I think there is **** inside this case between my employer and CCMA because .You cannot postpone the case during arbitration process. If I win its fine or if i lose its fine but the only thing needed is reaching the settlement. I was unfairly dismissed by my employer due to illness n Did provide them medical certificates.My life doensnt have any direction. I am suffering and my childrens also suffering. People they only think themselves .Please advice and help me my digits is ********** 146
