unfair labor practices question

<p>good day I had been working for a construction mining company for some time and had resigned in January 2016 when I had to go overseas for personal family matters<br />when I came back in July I started looking for work but could not find any up to date. <br />during this time I learned that the company I was working for had committed ***** in my Sars submissions and had started letting the company know through many emails and phone calls and visits to fix this but after about 3 months of waiting and non compliance by them I had opened a case of ***** with SARS.<br />the thing is that I have it under good understanding that they are giving me bad references and that is why I cant find work.<br />I have been told this in so many words by a person that phoned them and had asked for references.<br />I had not had any grievances against me in all the time I worked there and had been a good worker making them millions of rands of revenue.<br />now they doing this I wanted to Record them, but my understanding is that this is not legally binding and that I cant use this as evidence in SA courts.</p> <p>can you advise me what I can do please.<br />thank you<br /><br /></p>
