Unfair decision

Here in South African if u don't have the money u can't win the case in CCMA even if ur case is unfair. I got unfair retrenchment because they outsource my work in India they said they cut the cost but am the only one got retrenchment. However, if they cut the cost they must retrench the whole team not only me.

How can u take South Africa work and take it to another country and CCMA see that it fair. I lose the case because of that.
