Unfair Award

I was unfairly dismissed from work while on sick leave, the matter went for arbitration, the employer offered me R46000 to close the case and leave I refused. I was then advice by the commissioner to take R50000 because I will lose the case, i refused again. I was going to be represented by a lawyer or union representative, the commissioner rejected both of them. Through the process the commissioner was bias, he allowed the company and it's representative to be present. No warnings were presented by me or the employer. All the absenteeism they referring to we accompanied by doctor's sick notes. The commissioner said the award was fair ignoring the sick notes, ignoring that there were no warnings at all, why? Even where I was cross examining the the employer it is not on the award, the commissioner even referred to other cases of which they never existed.
