Poor Service from CCMA

Good Day, I am really disappointed with the service that I am receiving from CCMA Durban as this is my second complaint. I have submitted all my forms on 17th May 2021 for Arbitration and still have not received any update on my case. Every time I phone the offices they tell me no date has been assigned as yet but they cannot tell me why. It has now been over 3 months. I am eagerly awaiting for my case to be heard as I feel I was unfairly dismissed from my company. This is really frustrating as I do not know what is going on and neither is anyone helping me from CCMA Durban. As per my last complaint Tryphina explained that my case will be heard within 90 days. It is now over 90 days and still I have no feedback from CCMA Durban. This is a cause of concern now. Can somebody kindly assist? Thank you...
