Poor Service

I opened a case at CCMA in Benoni for unfair Labour practice, the case was never heard on the 13/08/20 because the office where closed due to Covid-19 and where to be disinfected.I went back on the 21/08/20 and was told that the were no more walkins as everything must be done online.I have sent several e-mails to the consultant that was supposed to help me and no response was provided.I made several calls on the landline numbers provided with no success,no one was answering.I ended up going to Labour Court to register the matter till today they are waiting for the records to be sent to them from CCMA.I was told to log a complain for rescission and that's what I did.But to my surprise I was told was sent an e-mail that my case must be closed because I delayed logging in the complain according to the 2 commissioners,where as the matter was delayed on their side due to poor communication.Even upto now there case was never heard or sitted to hear the side of my complain.The case was closed on their own decision.Even though the company that I worked for still owes me my salary for 2019 October.The service that is provided is very poor and the consultants are not doing their job properly.
