Poor arbitration

Earlier this year I took my previous employer to the CCMA for unfair dismissal, the matter went to arbitration on the 18 July 2017. Case # GAJB4510-17

At the arbitration I presented my case. My legal representative was told he could not talk for me but could sit in on the case and listen. The case was awarded to the employer because they personally felt that I was dishonest, this is more of a personal perception. The CCMA also failed to take into consideration a lot of my evidence as well.

Also at previous meetings I was told that the company can and will make things difficult for me if I continued with the case. The commissioner seemed to be under a lot of presure to side with the employer, which he did.

I did not get a fair arbitration due to the above and am out of a job. The CCMA needs to rectify this matter and compensate me financially for the poor way they handled my case.
