Perceived bias and unfairness from CCMA

I strongly perceive my hearing coming up at CCMA to be racially biased and prejudice even the mediation/hearing starts. At 10.05 am on 29th November 2019 I received a telephone call from *** and a white lady who introduced herself as a staff of CCMA. She informed that I have a hearing on Monday 2nd December 2019. When enquired what the hearing was about and details of the case. She rep**** in a very rude manner if I haven't received a notification via text message and email which I answered No. I asked her to confirm my email address it appeared my email address was wrong. As I informed her that my email address was incorrect and requested for her name, case number/details and when the matter was lodged she hang up the phone. I quickly rang the number back and the phone was answered by a black male whom I narrated my experience with the lady. As I requested for the case details this staff of CCMA hang up the phone on me. This was exact same experience with the first caller. Further telephone calls went unanswered which forced me to cancel my appointments and drive down to CCMA Fox street Johannesburg. I could not believe my ears when the lady who took my details informed that I have acted ********ly by dismissing my previous staff. This is without even hearing both sides of the case. The manner in which she raised her voice was shocking and unprofessional. I was even surprised to note this matter was only lodged on 29 November and mediation hearing set for 2nd December. I perceive this treatment, procedure and process as one marred with racial bias and hatred of foreign nationals. This is lower the standard expected from an independent tribunal and violation of the constitution.
