No feedback received from CCMA on matter

Hello, I trust you are well. I submitted an online case filled in the form LRA7.11 and the query was submitted on the 4 November 2022. In the email sent to me by the automated response that I will receive a call from an agent shortly. I am still waiting for that call and it is now 17 Jan 2023. Do I need to actually come into the branch ?as I am still waiting for a case number. I filled the form within 30 days as required for constructive dismissal. I have tried to call your number in capetown and there is never an answer. My online referral is EWECT***.. can someone please assist ? If you attempted to contact me and I missed your call well I am safe to say that I return all my calls and it was never the ccma .. Please call me on *** ASAP so I can proceed with my case .. thanks
