No feedback from CCMA JHB
I submitted the LRA form7.11 via email to CCMA JHB 03 June 2021. Never received a reply so on 31st June i decided to physically go the CCM Jhb offices to follow , upon arrival i found out my email was never received even after confirming the email address used was correct. Nevertheless i resubmitted the LRA form and it was stamped as received. I was told to follow up the next Tuesday to check if it has been captured on the system. So i made a follow up and managed to speak Xoliseka Nconco on 06 July 2021 who then referred my email to Miselwa Nqeleni to process however To this day i have not heard from Miselwa Nqeleni despite following up directly with him or her via email.

Employment law experts nearly had my case dismissed by the CCMA. My arbitration date was 09.09.2021. I signed power of attorney 29 August 2021 , on 30th August 2021 ELE went behind my back and negotiated an ex gratia payment equivalent to 2 months remuneration with my ex employer without discussing the merits of my case first , just assumed i wanted to settle out of court . The monies were going to paid to their account 06 Sept 2021 , fortunately i found out just in the nick of time and stopped my ex employer before paying the settlement monies to their bank account Spomop pty lts Bidvest acc number **********1. T Harry is the ********* that contacted my ex employer. Michael is the one i started to chat with on whatsapp. I am currently dealing with a mess of a case they created on top of the fact that i still needs to prove constructive dismissal. The CCMA ended up referring my case to labour court, CCMA 's rulling stated they dont have jurisdiction to rule on the matter of the settlement accepted and signed on my behalf by these ********** . So now as Im typing this post , I am busy pulling all complaints posted on hello peter so I can submit to labour court as evidence. ELE is a ********** company , CCMA is aware but choose to do nothing . My ex employer's attorney is also aware of this However the attorney does not give a dam , to him this is another to be won for his client. The respondent's attorney continues to use this settlement and power of attorney signed to have my case dismissed. I NEED A WITNESS SO IF YOU HAVE BEEN ****MED PLEASE HELP AND CONTACT ME ON THIS PLATFORM I WILL KEEP POSTING PROGRESS ON MY CASE UNTIL ITS CLOSED.
A concern I have is that the CCMA does not seem to keep record of this ********** company DESPITE all complaints brought forward , I dont understand why the CCMA has not flagged ELE on their system. I will be posting this comment on all CCMA social media platforms until CCMA does something to protect people. CCMA is our last resort for reporting employers that take advantage of us in the work place. They need to Flag ELE on their system as i can see a lot of people are still going to be ****med.
