Mr Thapei Pretoria Central disgusting customer service

Today morning I went to the Branch because I needed CCMA to assist me with the issue I had with the previous Company I worked for. I thought I would get a warm welcome and help since CCMA is known for fighting/helping South Africans citizens.

I went to ask Mr Thapei if I spelled it correctly, He is a light complexion young man that also wears glasses.He was so rude to me,he did not even want me to explain, as I explained he was looking away not even listening to me. The attitude he had towards me was not professional at all, it really dropped the reputation of the CCMA Pretoria Central.

I ended up leaving without getting any help, he said to me that he cant help me because I like explaining too much to him. I woke up early because I live far away and that was the help I got from Mr Thapei. And we don't know how many more people he is treating in that manner.

I am very disgusted with the service I received. Can something please be done about this?
