Misrepresentation/misled by powerful parties

I had a case at cçma/bargaining council and I was not happy with an outcome due to a settlement signed through an influence of my representor and the CCMA cmmissioner,I found the results of my influenced signiture when I was at home.Due to no communication between us(me&union) before the meeting that,I knew about the meeting within 20hrs.I believe the Union(ceppwawu and the bargain council have betrayed me.Is it posible for the iñfluenced signiture to 3 reviewed. Please help.
