Is this a person or an empty email address?

I forwarded my supporting documents and Nelisiwe Agnes Mahlangu was assigned to my case. she did made no notion to confirm or respond to other members i have spoken to, nor complaints. (I lodged a complaint with the CCMA, TWICE!) and Gabi tole her to plese recieve documents.

I have given her ample time between mails to respond - up to 48hours - but to no avail. Not even a "I'll revert shortly".

I am disappointed in her and her lack of work ethics.

Can someone please assign my case to someone who is willing to work.
