I’m not happy with their decision about compensation and communication

Good day, my name is Edward Makgato from Ekurhuleni in Tembisa. I was working for Redpath Mining Company then I was dismissed at work on May 2023 then I took the company to CCMA at Benoni then since or after arbitration I’m still waiting for Confirmation from CCMA about my case cos when I check the status of the case is closed but no update or anything from CCMA
