Horrible Commissioner
Found myself at CCMA Johannesburg, and had by far the worst Commissioner ever named Faizel Mooi,an emotional wreck, biased Commissioner and not a good person at all.One cannot even hear how he pronounces English words at times.He makes one feel stupid in the room but labour court does set his Awards aside as well.Really not a good man.May Karma give you exactly what you deserve.

03 Mar 2023, 13:41GAJB18530-22 Nataniel Fouche,regional Commissioner did completely nothing previously.i am warning the public of my experience with a horrible Commissioner, the Regional Commissioner is allowing to practice even though Labour court has been setting aside a number of his Awards.The Commissioner is clearly failing..why is this person still practicing?people who dont have money for lawyers wont find justice cause of this horrible Commissioner..but i leave this Faizel person in the hands of a higher power
