*******ed CCMA

CCMA National Office 28 Harrison St Marshaltown Johannesburg I opened a case against one of the company in February 2020 and I was told to wait for sms or call from ccma I waited as I was told but the was no communication from them until early January 2023 when I check the case on ccma app it says case closed then I wrote to them why case is closed I got a call from Lufuno Neswiswi from the very same ccma telling me that the person who was supposed to be busy with my case is not working there anymore and he apologized for that so it's basically their fault I need to write coronation then he send it to me

He even gave me reasons to write why am I referring this matter late and I did exactly that and send it to the relevant people and wait for the response and I got it within a month surprise they have to close this case GAJB4318-20 the never even started its so sad

Is ccma getting money from this company? Does the law still exist in ccma ? CCMA still have honest commissions within it? Are they taking us seriously when we open case I don't think so it took them so little time to close the case they can do anything for money how useless ccma is *******ed system with ******* commissioners they don't want to take accountability and responsibility
